"The Challenge Essay" - we'll ask you to (remember, it's anonymous) write an essay in the forum regarding the most challenging aspect or situation in your life. This is for you to open with others about it and receive compassion as well as help

"The Focus Manifesto" - we'll ask you to come up with the things you intend to eliminate in your life going forward, and at least one aspect or goal that you want to focus on
