1.Program T&C
Duration & Termination
The program is set to last 4 months starting from the first payment. The recurring payment will occur in the same date of the next months. The termination can happen anytime by sending an email to pietro@thezenprogram.com with the object "Termination".
Termination by the staff can also occur, if the customer/forum user engages in inappropriate activity in any of the Program circumstances (meditations, forum) and will be communicated via email and the relative payment terminated as well. This is because in the program, respect and mutual understanding is required
Payment & Refund
Payment is required to enroll to the program, and is viable through card or PayPal. A refund may be possible only with regards to the first payment, within 14 days it can be requested by sending an email to pietro@thezenprogram.com with the object "Refund". It will be processed through the same method used to pay originally
Questionnaires
Questionnaires are used along the program only with the objective of enhancing your mindfulness and awareness throughout the weeks of the program. They are not mandatory, but highly recommended as part of the program value. There are two types of questionnaires: an initial one to know you better, and a regular one shared every week to let you recollect emotions and situations' awareness. Forum behaviour
Activity in the Forum is highly recommended and requested as part of the program (The Challenge Essay"). However, any activity that is deemed inappropriate (e.g. offensive, extremely out of the topic of personal growth) by the staff will face consequences to the user that has carried it out. These consequences can range from the elimination of the activity such as comments and posts, to the ban of the user and termination of the program involvement as outlined above (if also program users)
Change requests
Dopamine Detox weeks aim at addressing certain habits that by the user are originally acknowledged as addictive or harmful because they lead him or her to carry them out excessively. During a one-on-one interview we will help users to determine which habit may fall under this category and establish an excercise that will help to reduce it or anyway to increase awareness about it. We will never force anyone to do something dangerous and highly invasive. This decision is taken ultimately by the user after discussion and if during the exercise something has to be changed, it will be taken care of individually again via email. In that case please send an email to pietro@thezenprogram.com with the object "Change Request - Dopamine Detox"
2.PRIVACY NOTICE
Data Collection
The program foresees the collection of sensitive data, and this is done only and exclusively with the consent of the user. The data that is requested revolves around personal matters such as family and personal history, emotional, psychological and personality information. This is needed in order to increase awareness of the user's personal situation, who every week by way of questionnaires responses is indeed requested to recall certain emotional, psychological and situational aspects. It is intended to be collected exclusively for this purpose.
Data Storage
The above mentioned data is collected through Google Forms questionnaires and stored in the Google suite (Google Drive) that belongs to the Staff via the domain "thezenprogram.com" which is being used solely for the purpose of this Program. Google encryption and security systems are involved and guarantee the highest level of security. The stored data is available at all times to the user and shared with him/her through a link - it will never be shared with anyone outside of the program staff.
Data Processing
The data stored in the Google Drive account of the Staff can involve a certain extent of processing. The purpose is to return to the user a certain analysis connected to the need of a Dopamine Detox exercise and also at the end of the program for an overview of the user's personal situation evolution over time. All in all, the processed data will always be communicated to the user and made available through the same tools with which data is stored
