Meditation, mindfulness and data will help us understand the schemes and the toxic behaviors to address

At the end of the 4 months, ain't nobody getting out of this program without these two decisions: what to eliminate and what to focus on
HOW?
Meditation sessions
We'll meet up online three times a week for 30 minutes each session to meditate. No need of activating cameras, no need to talk
Questionnaires & Data
After an initial questionnaire where I will ask questions about you, we'll use again questionnaires every week so you record your awareness on different life aspects, emotions. This is important to see the evolution and imprint awareness in your mind.
Data Privacy is a must
Dopamine Detox (DD)
Based on your initial responses to the questionnaires, we'll discuss after 1 month via a 30 mins video call what you can "reduce" in the DD weeks, which will happen twice a month. This decision will be taken by you, we only make recommendations and can discuss together.
Online Forum
You think awareness is only about you? Nope
We'll dive into different topics online & via our newsletters so you understand also perspectives of other people like you. Also, we request a couple of essays for you to (anonymously) open with others

We are here to share a discipline that has improved our lives, that has to do primarily with awareness to gain a better hold of ourselves.
We do so with the help of tools such as questionnaires, meditation sessions, online debates and similar.
The goal of this program is for you to be more aware of your dynamics and you will in the end decide what to focus on in the future

We are not here to tell you:
- how to solve certain psychological issues or past traumas (rather to be aware of them)
- the decisions you have to take in your life (rather to be aware of them)
This, we hope, will be something you tell yourself after you have understood our discipline, also with the help of your therapist in parallel (by yourself)
